SH103A Automatic trace moisture meter
SH103A automatic micro water analyzer is an instrument used to detect the moisture content in petroleum products. It has high sensitivity, high precision, high reproducibility, Chinese menu and prompts, easy and intuitive operation, low power consumption and energy-saving design. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical and other fields, and can measure sample types: solid, liquid, gas.
This instrument adopts the Karl Fischer coulometric titration method, which can reliably determine trace moisture in liquid, gas, and solid samples. During testing, for solids that are insoluble in reagents and substances that are prone to contaminating electrodes and reagent reactions, corresponding solid, gas, and liquid samplers can be used for indirect measurement. It is an efficient and fully automatic analytical instrument. Widely used in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, railway, environmental protection, scientific research institutions, etc.
The relative molecular energy of water is much smaller than that of oil. After gasification, the volume increases sharply, causing an increase in system pressure drop and power consumption. Therefore, the high content in oil can cause fluctuations in device operation and cause tower flushing. And the inorganic salts (Call2, MgCl2) brought in by water will also exacerbate the corrosion of the device
