SH706B automatic Self-ignition Point Tester is designed and manufactured according to the People's Republic of China power industry standard DL/T 706-2017 and ASTM E659.

Instrument characteristics

The instrument adopts advanced microcomputer technology and color display with touch screen, and adopts advanced temperature control mode to automatically complete the determination of anti-fuel spontaneous combustion point. It has the functions of automatic constant temperature countdown after reaching the pre-set spontaneous combustion point, automatic sampling, automatic detection of spontaneous combustion point, and automatic printing of results.

Performance characteristics

● Automatic ventilation device ensures sufficient oxygen in the furnace, making it easy to collect spontaneous combustion points.

● When the temperature reaches the required level, automatically drop 50 into the flask μ L sample.

● Using three point temperature measurement (three sensors): bottom center, side middle, and upper.

● Result output: It can also be equipped with a USB flash drive output function, which can be output to the PC for long-term storage.

● Output Format: The output format of the result USB drive is CSV or Excel.

● Standard printing: Standard micro printer for automatic measurement and thermal printing.
